What Do You Need to Do?

In order to submit and begin tracking your support requests using the new ticket system, you will need to sign up and create a user account at support.efulfillmentservice.com.

To help walk you through the sign up process and become more familiar with this new system, please click the following link to access our User Guide.

Beginning on May 1st, all tickets should be submitted by visiting support.efulfillmentservice.com, or by sending an email to one of the following addresses:

This new system is designed to not only make things easier for our clients, but to also improve our level of service, so we hope you enjoy it!

A winter storm is projected to hit Philadelphia, New York, Boston and the greater Northeast Thursday, February 7th-Saturday, February 9th.  Blizzard conditions can be expected Friday through Saturday.  This may cause delays in mail delivery.

Postal Service Announcement
A new delivery schedule will be implemented during the week of August 13th, 2013.  Mail will no longer be delivered on Saturday.  It will be delivered Monday through Friday.  Packages will continue to be delivered Monday through Saturday.

FedEx has now resumed operations in areas recently impacted by the winter storm. Previous hazardous conditions across the area have subsided and FedEx is now back to daily operations.

Note that some isolated areas remain inaccessible and there may be on-going service delays due to local conditions.

FedEx has now returned to normal operations in the Northeast following Superstorm Sandy and Winter Storm Athena. Previous hazardous conditions across the area have subsided and FedEx is now back to normal daily operations.

USPS Service Alert

USPS continues to monitor the effects of Hurricane Sandy and is currently in the recovery phase. Safety of our employees and restoring normal facility operating conditions remain a top priority. USPS will continue to keep mailers advised with updates on this page.

Delivery: All areas are affecting 100% delivery through normal or alternate modes.

Postal workers in 23 regions of Brazil went on strike on Wednesday, September 18th. Postal workers in Minas Gerais and Pará had already been on strike for a week before union groups in the remaining regions joined on Wednesday. There have been reports that 84% of postal workers are backing the nationwide strike. Brazil Post has contingency plans in place to ensure services continue; however, delays are to be expected.

THAILAND

Due to heavy rain and flooding, delays may be experienced in the following postcode areas: 13xxx-14xxx and 64xxx.

URUGUAY

On Monday, September 10th, operations resumed for all inbound and outbound mail and parcels.

GERMANY

The Independent Flight Attendants Organization (UFO) at Lufthansa (LH) called cabin crews to strike from Friday, September 7th from 00.00 hrs to 23:59 hrs (German local time) for all LH-Stations in Germany.

UNITED KINGDOM The Paralympics may affect mail collection and delivery times in and around secured Games zones in East London from August 27th to September 9th.

Monday, August 27th was a bank holiday in the UK and Northern Ireland. No deliveries or collections took place on this day in England, Wales, Northern Ireland and many parts of Scotland.

TAIWAN A strong typhoon reported on August 23d has disrupted a number of flights.  Some mail delivery delays to be expected.

UNITED STATES The states of Alabama, Florida, Louisiana and Mississippi have declared a state of emergency as Hurricane Isaac approaches the Gulf Coast area. Mail services may experience some delays as these areas prepare for the storm.

PHILIPPINES Due to prolonged rain resulting in heavy flooding during the weekend of August 4th in Manila and surrounding areas, it's likely that the handling and delivery of mail will be severely impacted. Flooding is especially severe in Valenzuela, Malabon, Muntinlupa, Makati, Manila, Navotas, Paranaque, Quezon, Marikina, and Pasig.

NEW ZEALAND The volcanic ash eruption which was affecting mail and parcel deliveries in the Central North Island on August 7th & 8th is no longer affecting deliveries. The situation has returned to normal.

VENEZUELA Due to heavy rains and flooding throughout April & May, a state of emergency was declared in various parts of Venezuela. The state of emergency was declared for 90 days which would be until August 10th, 2012. Delays to both inbound & outbound mail are expected during this time.

URUGUAY The strike that has been taking place in Uruguay since July 10th continues and items traveling to Uruguay remain disrupted

CHINA Severe flooding in Beijing and surrounding areas this past weekend resulted in a number of flight delays and cancellations, and disruptions to public transportation. Services are likely to be affected.

URUGUAY Industrial action continues in Uruguay and delays to inbound mail services are ongoing.

NIGERIA The IPS server, which serves as the backbone for data transmission and tracking for the Nigerian Postal Service, went down on July 18th.  The Nigerian Postal Service is working to restore it, and will provide an update once the problem has been resolved.

Mid-Atlantic Storms and Colorado Wildfires

FedEx is closely monitoring the effects of the Mid-Atlantic storms and Colorado wildfires. Our top priority is the safety and well-being of our team members, as well as providing the highest level of service to our customers. Although contingency plans are in place, some service delays and disruptions can be anticipated in Mid-Atlantic states and Colorado. FedEx is committed to providing service to the best of our ability in areas that can be safely accessed. Please continue to check fedex.com for updates. 

Shipping to affected areas?

To help avoid delays, we encourage you to contact your recipients to verify whether their location is open or able to receive deliveries before and after the Mid-Atlantic storms and Colorado wildfires. In the event of evacuations, shipments not delivered before the Mid-Atlantic storms and Colorado wildfires will be secured in one of our facilities. Delivery will be attempted when it is safe to do so.

PORTUGAL Airport workers have given notice to strike between June 29th and July 3rd which may result in flight cancellations. Mail deliveries delays to be expected during this period.

PARAGUAY Political unrest in Paraguay reported on June 22nd has ended; however, there may be some delays in the processing and delivery of mail.

FRANCE & ITALY Flights were cancelled due to strike actions by airport workers on June 21-23. Mail delivery delays expected during this period.

BOSNIA, CROATIA, MACEDONIA Due to restrictions on air capacity which may have affected service from as early as June 1st to June 17th, mail being sent to these countries is currently subject to delay.

UNITED STATES Wildfires in the West and tropical storm Debby in Florida are causing some delays with mail deliveries in these regions.

Due to security measures for the UN Rio+20 conference taking place on June 13-22nd in Rio de Janeiro, access to Galeão International Airport (GIG) is being strictly limited, particularly in the areas where mail is handled. Mail services in the affected areas are subject to delays.

FINLAND

Due to a strike by technical staff at Finnair on June 6-7, mail delivery to Finland may be delayed.

TAIWAN

Due to recent rainfall and flooding, some delays in mail delivery may be expected.

Russian Post has been experiencing service delays which have resulted in a backlog of inbound international mail at Moscow’s Sheremetyevo airport.  Delays are expected as service returns to normal.

SYRIA

Due to the difficult situation in the Syrian Arab Republic, the postal authority is currently finding it difficult to meet its international postal obligations.

NORTHERN IRELAND - The St Patrick's Day holiday falls on March 19th this year.  No collections or deliveries will be made on that day.

UNITED STATES - Severe weather in parts of Oregon is causing some service delays particularly in the following zip codes: 97324, 97326, 97341, 97343, 97357, 97364 - 97369, 97376, 97380, 97388, 97390 - 97391, 97394, 97498.

CYPRUS - A strike by air traffic controllers may result in some delays.

RUSSIA - Due to ongoing capacity issues, letters and parcels to Russia may experience delays of up 3-5 days.
