Query Inventory Levels

Question: Can you let me have any details of any api, software tools that you have that will enable me to query inventory levels programatically so that we can start to use this data for inventory planning.

Answer: We do have an api of sorts that you can use to query inventory levels.

We don't have any formal documentation, but I have attached some sample files that will help you get started.

The request URL is https://fcp.efulfillmentservice.com/xml/inventory/

You will need to generate an API token in your Fulfillment Control Panel account. You can do so by choosing the "My Settings" option under "Client Info" menu. Your MerchantId will also be found in the API token area.
